Malwina Molgan is Head of Operations for Societe Generale Luxembourg, effective as of August, 21st, 2025.
Malwina joined Societe Generale in 2006, holding various leadership roles in capital markets operations, transversal functions as chief of staff and program manager, and transformation initiatives.
She managed teams across Operations on Trade Capture & Events, Controls, OTC Confirmations & Settlements, Fees and transversal functions. She contributed to strategic projects such as the LIBOR transition for EQD Exotics, Tethys dismantling, the Fees refactoring and location model reviews.
Since 2023, she has been Global Co-Head Investment & Flow Post Trade bringing expertise in team leadership, large-scale transformation programs, and global financial markets.
