Francis DONNAT

Graduate of Sciences Po Paris and ENA (Valmy class, 1996–98), Francis DONNAT began his career at the Council of State (France) and the Court of Justice of the European Union, before holding key corporate roles at Google France and France Télévisions, where he served as Group General Secretary from 2016 to 2021. He later became a partner at Baker McKenzie.
In October 2023, he was appointed Group General Secretary of Société Générale.
A former law professor at Sciences Po Paris, he is the author of several books on European law.
