STEP 1: REQUEST YOUR ACCESS
Send the two forms to your Private Banker:
Either via your Private eBanking secure messaging
Or by mail
After receiving your forms, the bank will create your LuxTrust contract and you will get a text message from LuxTrust within 48 hours. This message will contain your USER ID and password, or your VideoID code if you follow the video identification process.
STEP 2: AUTHENTIFY YOURSELF with VideoID in 10 minutes (if necessary)
Open the app, click on the "VideoID" tab at the bottom right of the screen, and then click on "Start ID".
Enter the VideoID code received by text message from LuxTrust and click on "Next".
Check the three boxes to accept the terms and conditions and then click on "Start".
Authorize access to the microphone as well as the camera.
Within 48 hours after the identification by VideoID, you will receive a text message from LuxTrust allowing you to access step 3: the activation of your LuxTrust account.
STEP 3: ACTIVATE YOUR LUXTRUST ACCOUNT in 5 minutes
Enter your USER ID received from LuxTrust, made of 4 letters followed by 4 digits, and click on "Next".
Enter the activation code you defined in the LuxTrust subscription form, and click on "Next".
Define a code that will allow you to secure your LuxTrust application (this code must be between 6 and 16 characters long) and click on "Next". This code will be your "Passcode". You can also unlock your application via fingerprint/facial recognition.
Select 3 questions among those proposed to you, answer them and click on "Next".
Enter the password you received by text message from LuxTrust, set a new one and click on "Next".
Verify your information and click on "Finalize". Your account is now activated!
You can now start step 4: the activation of your eSign account.
STEP 4: ACTIVATE YOUR ESIGN ACCOUNT in 2 minutes
Go to https://esign.societegenerale.lu/login on your computer.
Choose your LuxTrust sign in method (“LuxTrust Mobile” if the bank has created your LuxTrust account) and enter your LuxTrust login details.
Fill in the additional information on your computer.
A message informs you that your access request is being validated by Societe Generale Luxembourg. This is to verify your identity and to make sure that you are one of our clients authorized to sign documents.
You can log in once the identity check is completed by the bank!
