The Authorised Management of the Bank consists of the Chief Executive Officer, the General Secretary and the Chief Operating Officer. The Authorised Management of the Bank is in charge of the effective, sound and prudent day-to-day management.
Arnaud Jacquemin joined Societe Generale Group in 1993 within SG CIB, where he worked in a number of positions both in France and the USA, notably in project finance then as head of strategy for SG CIB. In 2003, he joined the Finance and Development division as Deputy Head, then Head of Financial Management. In 2008, he was appointed Group Deputy Chief Financial Officer. In 2012 he joined the Risk division as Deputy Chief Risk Officer. He was appointed Group Deputy General Secretary in 2015, notably heading the transformation of the Compliance division, and Deputy Head of Group Compliance in 2017. In June 2018, he became Group Country Head for Luxembourg and CEO of Societe Generale Luxembourg, which conducts all Group businesses in Luxembourg.
Arnaud Jacquemin is a member of the Société Generale Group Management Committee. He is a graduate of the École polytechnique and the Ecole nationale des ponts et chaussées.
Hélène Crinquant was appointed General Secretary of Societe Generale Luxembourg since 1st of June 2016.
After ten years with the Banque Populaire in France, Hélène Crinquant joined the Societe Generale Group in 1998.
After being Head of the Cash Management Business Line and Assistant Head of the Businesses department, she was appointed as Director of Marketing and Sales Coordination within Private Banking in Luxembourg. In 2006, she became Societe Generale Luxembourg Director of Human Resources. From 2010 to 2012, she served as Deputy General Manager, a member of the Societe Generale Luxembourg Executive Committee. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing Operations, General Services, Purchasing and Communications.
In 2013, she joined the Human Resources Department of the Société Générale group in Paris as Training Director, Management and Development of Strategic Talent and Group Senior Executives.
Hélène Crinquant graduated with a Masters in Economic Sciences, majoring in Finance and Currency, from the University of Nancy and the Institut Technique de Banque. She also holds certification in individual and collective coaching.
Olivier Blanc has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Societe Generale Luxembourg in July 2019. Olivier Blanc joined Societe Generale in 1990 as part of the Capital Markets department, where he held various positions (audit, middle office operations, risk management, project management, COO of various business lines, finance) in France, the United States and South Africa, before moving to the Group's Risk Division in 2008 as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Then, he was appointed Audit Officer for the Group's French Retail Banking activities and its International Retail Banking activities in Africa, as well as for Private Banking and Securities Services operations. Most recently, he was Head of Fund Services Operations at Societe Generale Securities Services.
Olivier has a postgraduate degree in organisational IT from the Montpellier University Faculty of Science and is a graduate of Montpellier Business School.
